BIKE EXCURSIONS IN SARDINIA
BIKE EXCURSIONS IN SARDINIA
You can participate in organized mountain bike excursions following unforgettable nature trails, with stops in the most beautiful beaches of Northern Sardinia such as the coves of Costa Smeralda, Palau or Capo Figari. You will walk the paths that cross the mountains of Cugnana and San Pantaleo, a well-known town of artists; for the more trained we recommend the routes of Monte Pino or Monte Nieddu. Do not miss the night excursions with the full moon, moments of adventure crowned by a swim in the sea and Sardinian-style toasts. The excursions will always be accompanied by our expert guide and will last from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the degree of difficulty of the route and the physical preparation of the participants.
Good to know:
The route and the mileage may vary depending on the preparation of the participants.
We recommend an eBike in case for participants not sufficiently prepared for hilly or mountain routes.
At certain times of the year, from the end of June to the beginning of September, the roads can be very busy so we will try to take secondary roads where possible.
During the summer, the days can be very hot and muggy. We recommend the use of sunscreen and the consumption of plenty of water.

We will reach a beautiful archaeological site with two important attractions:
Tombs of the Giants. A nuragic age complex consisting of a main stone, elongated in shape, with a small hole at the base which is located in the center of a lower row of stones. Behind the largest stele opens a sort of corridor, a sacred area reserved for sacrifices and votive offerings.

One of the most visited places in Sardinia, famous for its beautiful beaches, marine parks, the hinterland and fantastic views surrounded by nature. One of the main attractions is the island of Tavolara and its marine park.
This excursion will take you to visit a famous mountainous area near San Teodoro, full of centuries-old oaks that ends in an incredible panorama with an impressive view of the entire surrounding coast.
We will stop to see the river and eventually swim in its natural pools (depending on the period).
The route is in good condition, but has a considerable difference in height with steep paths on the climb (over 10%) which make it a real challenge for trained mountain bikers.
For this reason, in case of not poor training we suggest the use of an e-MTB.
