Rental conditions
FOR RENTAL IT IS NECESSARY.
- Identity card to fill up the contract on site
- Security deposit with credit card, debit or cash
- Security deposit will be paid along with the balance of rental cost at rental moment and will be returned at rental end.
BOOKING PROCESS
Booking will be accepted only on line and for a minimum of 3 days
1 or 2 days rentals are made only at the Bike Center In this case we suggest you to write or phone the day before to be sure about availability.
The payment of the deposit (30%) on the website by Credit Card or PayPal is only ” pre-authorized ” and will be collected upon confirmation of the booking , only after checking the availability of the product and the suitable size or, in case of lack of availability, after prior agreement with the customer of a similar size/model. Otherwise the order will be cancelled and the system will release the pre-authorized down payment.
However we have a good availably of bikes and we generally respond within few hours. Customer will receive an email confirming the order and payment of the booking fee.
NOTE: Customer will always receive the booked model. In case of any unforeseen events before delivery (breakages, thefts, etc.) the customer will be notified and a replacement model or order cancellation will be offered. Our bikes are delivered in excellent conditions. After each rental they are always cleaned, sanitized and subjected to a series of mechanical checks.
RENTAL
At consignee customer must provide a valid ID and a security deposit (200€ up to 500€) to correspond cash or by credit card (pre-authorization) with Visa or MasterCard along with the balance of rental cost.
Renting the bikes customer will assume all responsibilities for its proper use, keep them in perfect conditions and be responsible in case of theft or damages for the whole cost of the bike or damage that could be more than security deposit.
The rental contract can only be signed by adults, in good physical shape and able to drive a bicycle without causing damage to themselves and third parties.
“4More srl” declines any responsibility for damages caused to people or things or for improper use.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation in advance the customer will receive the following refund:
- up to 30 days before 100% of the amount paid
- up to 15 days before 50% of the amount paid
In any case, bank and practical management costs will be retained and for an amount of € 10 for each cancellation operation.

Delivery service
Delivery service has been our strength for years and we provide this convenient service at competitive prices. Choose where you want to receive your bike: Airport, port, hotel, your accomodation… The costs of the service vary according to the location chosen and are indicated at the time of booking.
No deliveries are made for rentals of less than 3 days. In this case you can collect the bike at our Bike Center.
You can rent your bike in many locations in Sardinia even if there is no rental nearby: we bring the rental bike directly where it will be required.
An example of the places where we deliver rental bikes: Olbia, Airport, Port, Pittulongu, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci, Portisco, San Pantaleo, Porto Cervo, Cannigione, Baia Sardinia, Abbiadori, Murta Maria, Porto San Paolo, Monte Petrosu, Capo Codacavallo, San Teodoro, Porto Ottiolu, Agrustos, Budoni, Tanaunella etc.
NOTE:
- the cost of the home delivery service, indicated at the time of booking, will be calculated during the booking phase.
- day of rental is from 9 to 19 and can be vary depending on the situations Deliveries will be made mainly on the morning fom 9 to 13, drop off on the evening from 16 to 19
- Exact delivery time will be comunicated by mail or sms the day before the rental following the time slot requested on your booking. In case you need to change the time, please mail us as soon as you can.
